Our Work

The Boys & Girls Club of Joliet provides services that build social skills and emotional intelligence.  Programming is designed for youth to explore their unique needs and interests.

Nutrition and recreational classes teach club members the importance of regular physical activity and healthy eating habits for overall health. Team sports and activities promote teamwork and social skills.

Giving Girls Confidence

Girls learn to develop healthy lifestyles through education on nutrition, exercise, and mental health.  Leadership lessons help to develop self-awareness and increase self-confidence.

Academic Enrichment

Homework-help program encourages youth to be self-directed learners. Work Study Students from Lewis University and Joliet Junior College serve as academic mentors who assist club members with math and reading comprehension.
